Allison Darko is the Finance & Operations Coordinator for Firelight Media. In this role, she supports the Director of Finance & Operations in maintaining, developing, and supporting the efficiency of finance operations within the organization. She has over 10 years of experience in the nonprofit realm with a focus in operations, human resources, and development. She is mission-driven and extremely passionate about racial and social equity, youth development, community outreach, women's empowerment, and access to the arts. She previously worked for the YWCA where she executed its annual Festival of Women Authors and led the All-State Foundation's Purple Purse Challenge to support survivors of domestic violence and financial abuse.  

Allison holds a B.A. in Communication Studies from the University of San Francisco and is a Bay Area native. A creative at heart, Allison enjoys photography, writing, and music.
